Escape for a week
Last month, I saw this online & had to have it! It's a week's worth of "files" for a "day in the life of....", a week's vacation, or a week of summer camp. Scrapscription did a fabulous job of putting the kit together & providing full color instructions (that were easy to follow).
It started with a 7 Gypsies portfolio, Basic Grey paper, Jenni Bowlin tabs & stickers, and lots of other embellishments. I'd never made a book like this---attaching papers back to back, creasing, and sewing them together before attaching them into the portolio. It was actually very simple to do.
So, of course, I had to order some more red & black portfolios so I could make some more in different themes. Thanks, Scrapscription, for a terrific idea & project!!

Escape with a magnet board kit
We were lucky enough to be in town when Bazzill had their warehouse sale this year. It was incredible how much stuff there was available! I was able to get a bunch of cool stuff. This magnet board was one of them.
The kit came with a piece of metal that I covered in black cardstock. The rest was so simple! Add some paper, flowers & a quote. I also used the Bazzill jewel template to place my flourish jewels (one by one).
I did change the magnets---I don't have an I-Top tool so I couldn't make the brads in the kit so I made some flowers & added the magnet on those.
Now I can hang this cute magnet board in my office so I can add notes & photos!
